Working Prosedure

Adres Patent has been rendering patent annuity payments and trademark-design renewal watching services for years together with its responsible and professional attorneys in the field.

We follow the procedure of sending reminder letters before 3 months of annuity term, and ask for instruction at least one month before due date.

It is optional that you require a permanent final payment system which signifies annuity will be paid even in the absence of your instruction. Or you may require that no payment will be effected unless you instruct our company.

Our departments provide services to watch and remind annuity payments/renewals for your applications and pay before TPI on behalf of you, when instructed.
