Description of Invention

 ●What should be included in the description of invention?

 A description is the detailed explanation of invention attached to the application.

It is advised for a description to include its technical field, previous techniques related to the invention, the purpose and the service of the invention namely, solutions applied with respect to previous inventions and their problems.

Claims include the protection asked parts of the invention. In other words what is about to protection with patent should be stated in the claims part. Any elements which are not remarked in the claims would be out of terms of protection. Moreover, no other new claim should exist which is not included in the description.
